How to request deletion

If you want LearnEnglish to delete personal data associated with your use of our application or Meta/Facebook-connected services, use either of the methods below.

Option A — Email request

Email aksitineapple@gmail.com with the subject:

Please include only the information reasonably necessary for us to locate the relevant records, such as:

• Your name or the name used with the relevant Meta/Facebook account.
• The Page, Business or advertising account involved, if applicable.
• A short description of the data or connection you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card numbers or other authentication secrets.

Option B — Disconnect the app

You may remove or disconnect LearnEnglish through the relevant Meta/Facebook account or business settings where connected apps or business integrations are managed. Disconnecting the app prevents future access through that authorization, but you may still email us if you want any retained LearnEnglish records deleted.

What happens after a request

We will review the request, verify the requester where reasonably necessary, and delete or anonymize applicable personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.

Confirmation

After processing a valid request, we will provide confirmation through the contact method used for the request where reasonably practicable.
