• Facebook Page, Business, advertising-account, campaign, ad set, ad, creative and performance information needed to operate or manage the requested service.
• Messages or conversation-related information when a user chooses to contact a connected Page through Messenger or another supported messaging channel.
• Technical and security information such as timestamps, request logs, IP-related security signals, and error logs.
• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or using our services.

3. How we use information

• To provide and operate LearnEnglish features.
• To manage authorized advertising, page or messaging workflows.

4. Meta/Facebook platform data

When LearnEnglish connects to Meta or Facebook services, access is limited to the permissions granted to the application and the assets assigned to the relevant account, Page or Business. We do not use platform data for purposes unrelated to the service requested by the user or business administrator.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the service, secure the system, process infrastructure requests, or comply with law. Providers are expected to handle information only for the relevant service purpose.
